Repairs to your home are the homeowner’s responsibility, not the community’s. For work on the home itself, we recommend contacting a licensed contractor.

One exception: utility lines are the community’s responsibility past the Point of Connection: electric at the meter, gas at the tap, water where the line exits the ground, and sewer where the pipe enters the ground.
