Enchanted Acres

1. A.

   Due to legal requirements for Fifty-five and Older communities, Enchanted Acres reserves the right to determine the approval of any perspective occupant by the ages of ALL persons who may be occupying the home, including those under 18 years of age. People under 18, or applicants with children under 18, will not be approved to live in or otherwise occupy the home with those children. Temporary custody or similar situations must be approved in writing and will require additional documentation supplied by the Resident. Overnight or similar short-term visits are permitted.

2. B.

   The insulation backing placed behind the brick skirting of homes must be kept in good condition, free of damage or breaks or holes. It must be uniform in appearance and in an approved color, typically black.

Parking Rules

1. C.

   All Residents and guests must adhere to Parking and vehicle rules in the Community Rules and Regulations as well as obey any parking signs placed along the streets by Management.

2. D.

   Any vehicle which does not fully fit in a driveway, including obstructing or blocking a sidewalk, must be parked in spaces provided at the Community Center.

3. E.

   Residents may register up to four (4) vehicles at their home. Those who register more than four will be required to pay a fee of $25 per month per additional vehicle.

      Golf carts or similar Low Speed Vehicles do not require registration but cannot be parked at the Community Center unless the resident is actively using those amenities.
