Parking Rules
- A.
All Residents and guests must adhere to Parking and vehicle rules in the Community Rules and Regulations as well as obey any parking signs placed along the streets by Management.
- B.
Any vehicle which does not fully fit in a driveway or provided parking area, including obstructing or blocking a sidewalk, must be parked in overflow spaces if available. Vehicles may not be parked on driveways of empty or unoccupied lots.
- C.
Residents may register up to four (4) vehicles at their home. Those who register more than two will be required to pay a per month fee of $15 for the third vehicle, and $20 for the fourth registered.
