Most people who move into a Greenlawn community heard about us from somebody who already lives in one. If that sounds like a conversation you have had, we would like to say thank you properly.
Tell us who to contact and we will take it from there. No pressure on them, and nothing for you to chase.
Your thank you is $100 off your next month’s rent, once the person you referred signs a lease or buys a home with us. Not a resident? We send a $100 gift card instead.
- One thank you for each new household that signs a lease or buys.
- The person you refer must be new to us, so send them our way before they call.
- The rent credit goes on the month after their lease starts or their purchase closes.
- Greenlawn employees and their households are not eligible.

How it works
