- A.
Residents are permitted to store a non-motorized boat, kayak, or similar on their lot for recreational use. Such items must remain in good condition and properly licensed if necessary. Motorized boats or other equipment may not be stored on or around a lot, including community property without prior written permission from Management.
Parking Rules
- B.
All Residents and guests must adhere to Parking and vehicle rules in the Community Rules and Regulations as well as obey any parking signs placed along the streets by Management.
- C.
Any vehicle which does not fully fit in a driveway, including obstructing or blocking a sidewalk, must be parked in overflow spaces provided. Vehicles may not be parked on driveways of empty or unoccupied lots.
- D.
Residents may register up to four (4) vehicles at their home. Those who register more than two will be required to pay a per month fee of $15 for the third vehicle, and $20 for the fourth vehicle registered.
