Manufactured homes are real homes. They are where neighbors grow into friends, memories are made, and roots are put down. Greenlawn exists to make that possible for as many Central Ohio residents as we can.
How we got here.
A family name.
The Greenlawn family got its start in 1947 on Greenlawn Avenue in Columbus — the street that gave the family its name and its standard. Three generations later, that same family runs Greenlawn Homes.
Greenlawn Homes takes root.
The family was selling manufactured homes almost from the beginning — family photos show home tours as far back as the 1960s, and by the 1970s the next generation was already growing up on the sales lot. All of it built on a simple belief: manufactured homes could be a real path to homeownership for working Ohioans.
Building communities.
Through the 90s, we expanded from selling homes to owning and operating communities — giving us the ability to stand behind our residents long after the sale.
Growing the portfolio.
We added communities across Central Ohio, from established neighborhoods to rural retreats, always with the same family-run approach.
Doubling down on quality.
We became a proud dealer of Redman Homes and Adventure Homes, giving our buyers access to the best manufactured home brands in the country.
Nine communities, one team.
Today, Greenlawn operates nine communities and has helped over 2,000 households find a home. We still run it the same way we always have — by knowing our residents and standing behind what we sell.
